1. Shipment Processing Time
We know you are eager to elevate your morning smoothie and baking routines, so we move fast.

Processing Windows: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Notification: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your dedicated USPS, UPS, or FedEx tracking number as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship exclusively within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO addresses). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Snafre ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping information is completely accurate at checkout to ensure seamless delivery by our domestic carriers.
4. Tracking Your Wellness Box
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.

Please allow 24 hours for the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) to update the tracking status on their portal.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Our advanced glass-alternative jars and gold-lid square containers are engineered to protect your crunch, but rough transit can happen.

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives with a broken seal or damaged jars, please take a quick photo and email us at support@snafre.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will fast-track a replacement box to you immediately under our 30-Day Risk-Free Satisfaction Guarantee.

Marked as Delivered but Missing: If your tracking link states your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, porch areas, or your local mail carrier first. If it remains missing after 3 business days, contact our U.S. support team, and we will help file a carrier claim and investigate.
6. Taxes and Custom Duties
All prices listed on our store are exclusive of state sales tax. Sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your checkout total based on your specific U.S. shipping destination.
